Start with a visit to Balboa Park. The nation's largest urban cultural park is home to 15 major museums, renowned performing arts venues, beautiful gardens and the San Diego Zoo. The Park has an ever-changing calendar of museum exhibitions, plays, musicals and concerts.

Visit the Old Globe Theater, the cultural hub of San Diego. It is nestled in the middle of San Diego and is in walking distance to downtown, the San Diego Zoo and the vibrant community of Hillcrest.

At the end of the session your photographer-guide will review some of the photos taken (if you are carrying a digital camera). You will have learnt the basics of composition, the importance of light in photography, how to take balanced and attractive images, and simple techniques to take "creative" images.
