Downtown
Los Angeles is a major player in the financial, manufacturing, and fashion industries with most of their headquarters located Downtown. The multicultural population of Los Angeles is most evident in the Downtown area which includes the neighborhoods of Little Tokyo, Chinatown, and Los Feliz.

Hollywood
Hollywood is a major tourist attraction in Los Angeles. The corner of Hollywood and Highland features shopping and dining as well as the Kodak Theatre, home of the Academy Awards. Hollywood Boulevard is the location of many of the world-famous landmarks for which Hollywood is known such as Mann's Chinese Theater and the Hollywood Walk of Fame. West Hollywood has the Sunset Strip and Melrose Avenue -- with some of the area's trendiest shops and some of the best restaurants.


Los Angeles, known as the City of Angels, is a sprawling metropolis that encompasses over 465 square miles. With temperate weather year-round, and blue skies much of the year, anytime is a good time to visit Los Angeles. Los Angeles Neighborhoods
Los Angeles is one of the most culturally diverse cities in the world with immigrants from over 140 different countries. This diversity gives a rich flavor to L.A.'s neighborhoods that makes each neighborhood unique. Add the glitz and glamour of Hollywood and Beverly Hills, and Los Angeles is like no other city in the world.

Malibu Beach
is home to many of the wealthier celebrities and much of the beach is exclusive. Malibu Lagoon State Park is and estuary and wetlands and is a good place to check out the marine life and shorebirds. Between the Pier and the lagoon, Surfrider Beach is a popular with the surfboarders.
Pasadena and Eastside

Pasadena is largely a residential area that has several beautiful examples of Craftsmen-style houses. Visitors know of Pasadena as the site of the annual Tournament of Roses Parade and the Rose Bowl. Colorado Avenue in Old Town is where visitors and locals alike love to go for a leisurely stroll, to shop, and to find a great meal.

San Fernando Valley
Known as ""The Valley"", the San Fernando Valley has many residential communities but also some of the best entertainment in Los Angeles is featured at Universal Studios and CityWalk.

Santa Monica and Beaches
Santa Monica has a beautiful white sand beach that is often featured in TV shows and movies. The world famous Santa Monica Pier has an amusement park, a vintage carousel, game arcades and an aquarium.

Venice
is an artsy beach town with a great collection of eclectic cafes, bars, galleries and shops. The paved Ocean Front Walk is always alive with interesting people, street performers, and fun.
