What is a journey?

A personalised journey can be set up to show only cameras that display images along your route.

For example you can set up a journey to your work, to your home or where ever you choose to travel to on a regular basis. Once created journeys can be loaded instantly making viewing of the cameras both easy and efficient.

How do I set up a journey?

Zoom into the Traffic Information map and select a camera along your route. Then click on the right hand side camera image or the 'add camera button' to add the camera to your journey. Added cameras will display automatically below the main camera image. You can then view these instantly by clicking on the blue left and right arrows situated at the top of the camera panel. Hovering over the added cameras will also perform the same function.

Important: Remember to save your journey once you have personalised it.

How do I add travel time alerts to my journey?

Travel times are estimated journey times between two junctions of the M4 motorway. Add travel time estimates by selecting two junctions on the M4 and clicking the 'Add' button.

You can add up to 5 alerts per journey and also setup SMS and Email alerts. These can be sent out during a specific time and for various days of the week.

Important: Remember to save your journey once you add the travel time alerts. You must validate your email and phone number before receiving this service. This can be done in the settings page.
