You will be picked up from your hotel in Lisbon/Sintra at 1430h (2.30pm) and taken by bus, accompanied by guide to Fatima.
Visit one of the most important pilgrimage place for Catholics, Chapel of Apparitions where three peasant children claimed to have seen an apparition of the ‘Virgin Mary’.
The Santuary of Fatima was built to commemorate these events. See the tombs of Francisco, Jacinta and Lucia, the three village children who reported witnessing several apparitions of the Blessed Virgin Mary in 1917. While you are in the Basilica, sit for the daily mass either here or in the chapel.
Visit Aljustrel, the houses where Jacinta, Francisco and Lucia were born. Next stop is Valinhos - visit the place where our Lady Fatima appeared for the 4th time on the 19th August 1917. Continue on to Loca do Anjo - the place where the children, Francisco, Jacinta and Lucia, got their 1st and 3rd time visit from the Angel in 1916.
